Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at thefourthcycleclub@gmail.com. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Check your order when it arrives. If anything’s wrong — damaged, defective, or incorrect — get in touch straight away and we’ll sort it.


Non-Returnable Items

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Perishable or personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials

If you’re unsure, just ask.


Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must still meet the return conditions above.


Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, it’ll be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
